Menlo Security Hires Scott Fuselier as Chief Revenue Officer and Young-Sae Song as Chief Marketing Officer
Secure Web Visionary Expands Sales and Marketing Teams with New Executive Hires to Drive Global Expansion
PALO ALTO, CA, May 14, 2019 – Menlo Security, a leader in cloud security, today announced it has hired Scott Fuselier as chief revenue officer (CRO) and Young-Sae Song as chief marketing officer (CMO), expanding the company’s sales and marketing teams. Both Fuselier and Song will report to the CEO and company founder, Amir Ben Efraim.
As CRO, Fuselier will lead the company’s global sales efforts and be responsible for bolstering Menlo Security’s reach in North America, EMEA and APAC as well as broadening the company’s foothold in key vertical industries, such as financial and healthcare sectors. Fuselier joins Menlo Security from ProtectWise where he served as CRO. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of sales for CrowdStrike, a SaaS-based endpoint security company where Scott grew the sales team from three to over 225 members with growth of over 100 percent year over year. Fuselier has a proven track record in cloud security and excels at building sales teams, penetrating new markets and partnering with channel partners.
As CMO, Song will lead the marketing, public relations and social media efforts for Menlo Security to drive global demand generation and brand recognition. Song has extensive experience in developing go-to-market strategies in order to help organizations achieve breakout success. Song hails from Arctic Wolf Networks, where he served as vice president of marketing, helping to define the managed detection and response category.
