Our companystructure consists of six other international subsidiaries.
Our supply chain includes thesourcing of software, hardware, venue finding, marketing and event management,and we are committed to working only with suppliers who uphold the same valuesas us in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. In the coming year,we aim to take steps to assess our suppliers and ensure compliance with ethicalstandards.

We conduct ongoing assessments toidentify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery within our supply chainand operations by capturing from our existing and future suppliers theiractivities in compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act.
We issue ongoing internal publication to our staff dedicatedto understanding the risks of modern slavery and knowing how to recognize andreport potential issues.
Menlo Security, Ltd. is dedicated tothe ongoing enhancement of our operational practices. In the next financialyear, we aim to enhance our supplier processes and deepen employee training onethical sourcing and anti-slavery standards as described in this statement.
